I am a member of the Guelph Guild of Handweavers and Spinners. This coverlet was woven on the guild’s 100-inch four-harness counterbalance loom in 2008.

For many years I had a weaving partner who also lived in my rural township and we wove this together. He passed away several years ago. We wove three full-sized coverlets as gifts and then I kept this fourth square from the end of the warp.
