My hand weaving is an expression of the passion, care, and love I have for textiles. The steady focus that weaving requires is soothing to me. I love to watch colours and patterns play as I dye my yarn with plants and design my own patterns.

My inspiration is the becoming of a new experience, watching my imagination materialize itself as a tangible textile is breathtaking to me. I learnt how to weave and dye in 2007 and have been dedicated to my craft ever since.

In 2015 I established myself as a full-time craftsperson. And now in 2022 I am taking a short break to expand my knowledge and learn more about the healing properties of plants.
